She really knows her stuff and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. You can tell she knows what she’s doing, and that gave me confidence throughout the whole process. If you’re dealing with Culligan, I definitely recommend asking for Arianne. Great customer service!
The gentleman who installed the new system was very good - He explained everything to me.
One point I spoke about my other system being down for at least 2 months and I am looking for some credit while I was not receiving soft water. A noticeable difference since this system was installed.

I have had Culligan water softeners since 1981 when I bought this house and moved here where I have a well. I have owned softeners and am renting this time since I was told I would get quicker service, etc. I have to say I am disappointed that when I needed assistance this past Saurday morning I discovered to my dismay that your service is not availale on weekends. But they were very helpful on Monday and the service guy today was very helpful and I seem to be up and running, so thanks for your help!!!
The delivery man brings the bottles inside. We are old and can't lift them.
