I love Culligan‘s services. They come by on a rotating basis to check and see if I need salt for my system. If I need it, they put it in, I don’t have to lift the heavy bags. Recently, the spout on my reverse osmosis water broke. They came into the move on, and it perfectly matches my water faucet. Every employee that has come to my home it’s been very nice and courteous and respectful.

The people at Culligan from my area were professional and helpful. The system is efficient and working as expected. The salt delivery monthly service every 2 months is nice feature. I would recommend it to others. Compared to the competition, Culligan is more expensive but good customer service.

I liked the in home testing. I appreciated that the install was soon after we made the decision to purchase. I have noticed a difference already with the water softener and reverse osmosis on our shower doors and my hair. Everything seems to be working well so far!
Culligan has been consistently reliable and customer‑focused. My deliveries always arrive on time, and before each delivery they check in to confirm how many bottles I need. The driver places them on my front porch for easy access, which I really appreciate. Once, I missed a delivery while on vacation, and they returned the very next day to make sure I received my order. Excellent service all around. Joe is great!

One thing I miss not seeing the delivery schedule for the next few month on my bill. I schedule appointments in advance and count on that convenience of knowing ahead when scheduled delivery dates will be.

My water is the softest it has ever been and the delivery of salt is very nice as well.

On the other hand, the filters we purchased were incredibly expensive. Perhaps this is due to tariffs? I would like to think the company is not price gouging.
