What I like about the products and services is of course the quality of the water and the yearly servicing of the system. Every service person that has arrived to check our system has been excellent. Thorough, respectful and takes the time to explain what needed to be done and what was done. I can not overlook the person that answers the phone for your business. So so nice!

I think the price is too high.
Our home has a Culligan water softener and a "Good Water" under sink filter. Here in Selah Washington we use city well water that is extremely hard, so both units are necessary for us. Our Good Water machine is over 25 years old and with Culligan regular maintenance is still working perfectly.
Which brings me to your employee Romero. Romero has been to our home numerous times over the years of Culligan services. He could not be more pleasant, professional and funny. Romero is a joy to have in our home. I credit him with the longevity of our Good Water system.
Romero managed again, this week, to turn a service visit into a pleasant experience.

I have a house filter, a water softening system and an RO system the service my RO system twice a year and the other two products once a year the same technician just came to my house the last three years he’s a pleasure to talk to very knowledgeable.
