Service is very good however it is very expensive to replace the filters. I believe it cost $95 a year to come to your home plus cost of filters. On top of that the service person has 30 minutes to do the job for $95, if they are explaining things to you or just chatting, Culligan charges you for each minute over 30 minutes.
I’ve always found this charge ridiculous. Now I don’t talk to service people so they can finish in 30 minutes.
It’s just a poor look on the bill. My bill was $443.
I like not having to worry about checking on changing out the filters etc. I like that Culligan reaches out to make appointments and is willing to work around my schedule.
