He fixed a major problem we were having when someone else installed the system. His follow-up is great, his explanations are great, and it's just so rewarding to have such a professional technician.

Jesus Jimenez is always a pleasure to work with whenever he comes to the center. He consistently greets all of the staff with a positive attitude and friendly personality, which really makes a difference in our day. He is always professional, respectful, and willing to help whenever we have questions or need assistance.
He takes the time to make sure everything is handled correctly and never hesitates to offer support when needed. His communication is excellent, and he always makes us feel valued and appreciated. Jesus goes above and beyond to provide great service, and his kindness and helpfulness do not go unnoticed. I have no issues with culligan products. I have had culligan for more than 30 years and im very happy with services and cannot be more happy with the culligan quality.
The products are great. We have both the whole house and the reverse osmosis systems. The service has always been great. When I have a question or concern, Lizette is always very helpful. She understands my question and always provides prompt professional service. I would recommend Hall's Water very highly.
