Chris and Ian were very knowledgeable and took the time to find the cause of our issues. In the past services have felt very rushed, but today they really spent time fixing the issues and also educating us on how to detect issues and fix simple problems ourself.
We love our culligan man! Since day one Dylan has been consistently friendly and polite. He will even stop and chat with us for a minute if he has time and we very much appreciate that about him. Whatever you're paying him is not enough, that type of service and commitment is priceless.
