Service and installation Outstanding.
Service today was FIRST TIME in 8 months since installed despite monthly service agreement and billing. No coordination between the sale/installation to insure the level of service paid. Took several attempts to get monthly payment scheduled on Culligan website and did not receiving proper billing from Culligan Albany.
Would tate as a 3, but did not want to possibly reflect on service personnel who when seen, installation, repair and service were outstanding.
No follow up by Albany Culligan following installation to check satisfaction with installation
My RO system is great, been working great for close to 10 years. But what really makes my Culligan experience top notch is dealing with Mike Jarvis. He is so professional and so nice and accommodating. I can tell he goes the extra mile for my satisfaction. He always explains everything and makes us feel confident our system is working great. As long as the service is at the level of Mike, we’re a Culligan customer for life!

The young men that deliver salt and service the equipment are always very nice. They abide by the time they say they are coming and are personable, always taking a minute to exchange pleasantries. If I have questions, they answer them.

The delivery staff are very courteous and friendly. One delivery person will even lift the bottles inside the door if I am at home (I am 79 years old, I appreciate it.). The product is exactly what I want.

There are many great things about Culligan- they are punctual and helpful in assisting with issues having to do with water softening or purification. We do have issues with the under the sink water heater for instant hot water. We have had the unit replaced at least three times as after about a year and a half to two years, the hoses start leaking and the unit has to be replaced. I have asked for better quality units or promises of repair and have had a difficult time getting a commitment to fix and only an offer to replace for $700 . This is a bit frustrating but they are working to accommodate my request. Still a work in progress as we have to wait three weeks for a serviceperson. Aside from that, I would recommend Culligan to my friends and neighbors.
