When I bought my Culligan water softener a few years ago I got what I know are great products and Ialso knew the service truck would come regularly as well when service needed. After years of trying to use an old product and drag bags home, down the stairs, etc. I’ve been free of worry. I also appreciate the incredible service as they come in, they never leave a mess and they are so polite and helpful. Today a young fellow named Lucas came again and brought in the salt for me (as a widow I really need that help!). He was so professional and efficient but most importantly he took the time to ask if I had issues and listened…. I would like to thank him for a great job as usual!

I called for replacement filter service and Joyce was out the same day. He called earlier in the day to confirm the appointment and gave me a better estimated time as to when he would be at my house. He called 30 minutes prior to the appointment and arrived on time and was very professional as he completed his work. I would definitely recommend.

I was referred to Saraland Culligan from my neighbor. He told me to speak with Donavin whom had helped him get the perfect equipment for his house.
