Convenient
Softener has worked brilliantly, never a problem. Filter ans salt service is outstanding. Justin is so polite and professional, respectful and knowledgeable. Love it.
We love our drinking water and the whole house filtration. Knowing that are bodies are being taken care of inside and outside is a great feeling. However, there were a couple of things that should be noted. We were told that the day of install the inside would be taken care of before the outside. That was not the case and I missed a whole day of work. Also there should be more information given about the usage of filtered water. For example how it affects your lawn. We also had a second home to make sure everything was ok. The scheduling was mishandled a little bit. We also had no idea that underneath our kitchen sink the whole area would be taken up by the reverse osmosis system
Simon is an excellent technician. He’s very nice with good manner and polite. IfIf 10 is best, then I Wii add 1. I Wii recommend other customers to you.

Both Stephen and Tyshawn were lovely, really enjoyed having them here. Not related to them but I do think it’s weird to have water existing in the reverse osmosis tank so we can’t actually taste our own water for a while and it’s confusing. I also didn’t love signing paperwork without having water tested right there and then.
My regular delivery men have been very helpful and courteous over the 30 years I’ve been a Culligan customer. Brent and J.W., who have
visited to troubleshoot my softener appliance
have provided needed advice and I have appreciated their patience and thoroughness.
