Our scheduled salt delivery but Ryan did above and beyond. Typically we receive two bags and it is used up quickly. He provided 8 bags and filled it himself. We have been calling Dayton culligan on Wilmington Pike but it seems that culligan Fairborn is far superior to culligan Dayton.

So service & support gets honors from myself. Since moving, we’ve worked with a lot of different service providers across plumbing, electrical, pest control, and more. Karen Moore from Culligan was, without question, one of the most helpful, honest, and informative people we’ve worked with. She was a true straight shooter. Instead of trying to sell us an entirely new system, she took the time to educate us, explain how our current system works, show us how to properly change the whole-house filter, and even provided one free of charge. She was great with our kids, didn’t charge us for the service visit, and is planning to follow up with us again in two weeks. This is how you build trust and long-term relationships with customers. Karen represents the kind of old-school, relationship-based service that is becoming harder and harder to find. Because of the way she treated us, if we ever need anything water-related in the future, she will absolutely be the first person we call. Karen is just an outstanding human being, and Culligan should be thrilled that they have someone with her character, expertise, and integrity on their team.
Product and service are reliable. The salt has gone up about $7.00 per bag and the service fee has doubled in the last year. Living on a fixed income this is getting harder to pay.
