I like the quality of product. The water always tastes consistently good. I trust that Culligan is providing me with a safe and quality product. Delivery is very important, and I especially like the text messages reminding me of a delivery. Communication is always upfront for anything affecting delivery such a road conditions for things like snow. People on the front lines are always very friendly and happy to assist.

I have used Culligan products and services for MANY years and have always been satisfied. If I have a problem with my water softener or have a question, I call them and am able to talk to a LIVE person, not some computer generated message. If I call with a question, I am given an answer in detail, and if I call regarding a problem, they listen to my reason for calling and, if required, send a technician out to remedy it.
