The technicians are professional and very congenial.
The technician was prompt and professional. While changing the RO filters, he encountered a leak in the RO system. He called his supervisor at Culligan and got the ok for a replacement. Subsequently, he brought in a new system and installed it within an hour. Excellent service!

There was a problem with my delivery and they left it at the front porch. I contacted Culligan they went above and beyond to find a technician in the area to come back and assist me moving five bags of 40 pound salt from my front porch to the basement.
I was very appreciative and the woman I talked to on the phone was very courteous and helpful so I was impressed
Water Delivery is good, always on time
The people that work for culligan, not limited to just the office, all employee's . The products are great 👍 Really beats buying at the market and carrying it all home , filling up softener, or lifting big heavy jugs. The biggest thing they even dispose the empty salt bags and clean up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone on the go and even if your retired and rather be having fun then buying salt and water and lifting it all. There price for all that they do is very reasonable. So enjoy 😉
