Consistent
Since all the changes late last year that initially made us panic, the service has been the best we've had in years. Honestly, it's been a long time since we would recommend DEE and we're really pleased to be able to do so again.

The price seems fair. The truck delivery person was quiet and fast; I didn't even hear the truck come down my road. Very efficient. The person I spoke to on the phone at the Sonora office, before we had our power shut off by PG&E was very understanding and answered my questions and concerns about the amount of use with propane and my Generac. I was concerned I was going to run out of propane, she really put me at ease.
Last year they let my tank go empty even though it was monitored. I was contacted this spring and was told as a result of that that my next fill the 1st 100 gallons would be free. I just received that fill and needless to say that I was very appreciative.
I have been dealing with your service for seven years now. Whenever I have called and have not been able to reach somebody I have always gotten a call back on the next business day without fail. Even when I’m told that it is going to be a long time out for a delivery I don’t think I have ever had to wait for that full amount of time to go by before my delivery has been serviced from the delivery driver to the office person now it is always friendly and professional
