My technician was kind, knowledgeable and patiently explained everything. My bills over the past few years don’t seem reasonable and he is going to look into this. He is as thorough and checked for any leaks and I’m hoping they figure out why I needed so many gallons in a short amount of time over the last several years.

I do wish that more discounts were afforded seniors who live on social security. There should be cap on what seniors are billed. Plus go back to yearly furnace maintenance.
