What a difference from the winter months, when we found it impossible to contact a customer service representative, request a fill, or leave a message to request a return call.
This week, I was able to connect with a customer service representative right away, who answered all of my questions, scheduled a fill, scheduled a technician to come and check our monitor which did not reflect what our online account stated in terms of our tank status. She also added my husband as an authorized person on the account and added us both to the text notification program.
Within 3 business days, both the technician visit and the propane fill had taken place! I'm thrilled to see the difference in customer service that has taken place!
