And when the cure was temporary, service continued until the furnace problem was resolved. Now the furnace has been working as it should. Been very good for 30 years but didn’t fill out tank on schedule last fall so we just ran out of propane for hot water. They were good about filling quickly after we called.
After the last snow storm I could reach anyone to request delivery for quite a while . Not everyone lives in the country.
It's nice to get a person on the phone if there is an issue, even if it does take a while for someone to come on.
