The service?!?! The company is buying up too many other companies! They need to invest in more trucks, more drivers, and stop to think seriously about what it will take to upgrade the phone service!
We have used services of Reed for over 20 years. They are very reliable and keep our tank filled in a timely manner. Drivers and office personnel are always pleasant and great to deal with.
I've been a Rymes customer for a few years now. I know this is a busy time of year and the Milford, NH location is short-staffed, but I was surprised it took 2 hours to get a callback when I tried to speak with someone. However, the woman (Amy?) that called me back was lovely and super helpful so it made it worth the wait. I had requested a delivery the week prior due to our tank being 20% at that time and was told that a delivery ticket was printed at that point. No delivery had happened though, and our tank was reaching an uncomfortable number (for me). Due to medical circumstances, I asked for a note to be added to our account so that deliveries would be more frequent, and I was happy that they were able to accommodate that. Amy even made a same-day delivery happen for me, which was very appreciated. And the delivery guy, Armand, was so great. I continue to be very happy with Rymes overall, but I think this new system that was implemented that supposedly monitors the tanks more closely (and therefore spreads out deliveries) is total crap. I am not comfortable with my tank going to 10% before I get a delivery, especially with the unpredictable nature of New England winters.
