We have loved Superior Plus Propane for years up until January 21st. I had concerns that we would be running out of propane with this big winter storm coming. I called and spoke to a really nice lady and she told me that we had 44% in our tank and that our ticket was up and we should be receiving propane on the 23rd, which was Friday. Truck did not come so I called again around 2:10 and at 2:35, Regine picked up my call. She sounded as though I was bothering her. She told me our ticket is up for delivery but it has not been assigned to a driver. She can't do anything about it. I went on to your website and got to see our file and tracked the level of our fuel as it went down to 24% on Sunday. Nothing was listed for Monday and early Tuesday morning (6:15 A.M.) a driver brought us 214 gallons of propane and our tank went up 89%. I want to thank him for getting here as I am sure it was not an easy trip from Perkasie to Levittown. I found out that his name is Domenick and I want you all to know he did a great job.
I don't think I was ever as low on fuel as I was this week and I have been with your group since 1990. Please continue to take good care of us. Thank you. Mary Lou Last name removed
Called for Gas, they were here within 2 days, that is what i call service, everyone should do business with Superior Propane, Jerry Searcy
Had to use customer service due to needing fuel but also having a leak. Had a service crew show up by the end of the day at quitting time. They spent the time necessary to fix a difficult leak right then and there. That's an A plus for service. Then was able to get the delivery the next morning..A plus on the delivery too. Everyone I dealt with was professional, customer service, service crew, and the driver. Very satisfied with the response I got to my leak and delivery. Overall a great job from the local team on this one.

I want to share a story... I also manage another home in Northern NH. Apparently you attempted delivery at my central MA home about a week ago and could not get up the steep driveway due to ice at the bottom (I try to keep it clear... it's a super challenging driveway). Later that day, I got a call from someone in ME saying that an attempt was made and failed. For whatever reason (my mistake), I associated the ME phone number with the NH home and called my snow removal service for an emergency plow and sand. He did a great job, but unfortunately for me and your delivery driver it was at the wrong house. :o(
Apparently, your delivery driver made a second attempt and failed and then we had this recent huge snowstorm in MA. I didn't realize that my MA house was down to ~8 gallons of propane left and of course would be bad news if I ran out. I was home alone during the snowstorm and unable to properly clear my driveway as well as finish shoveling before your driver visited for a third time first thing Monday morning (Jan 26). Somehow, he got up the driveway and muscled through snow banks to make a delivery of 152 gallons for my two 100 gallon tanks.
I am so happy. I ran out and thanked him, someone astonished that he was able to make the delivery. I'm very appreciative of him and your company and will continue to recommend to anyone who asks.

ps - I have one minor complaint, your branding can be confusing because it's sometimes Allen Matheson or Superior Plus (I've had service since Roy bros too...). I suspect that is why may have thought the phone call from Maine (207 area code) was from another company. I still have the voice mail from "Melanie" who did identify the call as from superior plus. It was entirely my fault, but I think it may be helpful to consolidate branding if possible. :o)
