The service
THe people on the local level. I know Jason & Jennifer well and they do a fantastic. However, all of the drivers, technicians, etc. from Freeman that I come in contact with are equaly competent, friendly, and likeable. I like the budget payment system, the website, and the tank app.
However, I did experience a delay in delivery (10/15/26) that I requested 3 weeks earlier and had to follow up on twice. That was disappointing. Can't recall that happening before.

We like that you monitor our tank and deliver on time. I would love it if you had an option for customers to select a delivery by our selected level, as we would choose more frequent deliveries just to keep the tank fuller, even if it cost a bit more for truck fuel and labor.

I recently lost my husband and I'm deep in grief. I reached out to Superior Propane to update our account as well as, place an order. I spoke to Patty and not only did she walk me thru the process of how to check our tank, how things work etc..she was extremely kind and patient with me.
Patty let me know when I could expect our next delivery and the delivery driver was prompt & efficient.. In today's world,, heavy in technology it's rare to even encounter another person and to have Patty be so sensitive to my feelings and make sure I was well informed Abt the process was invaluable.
For that experience alone I would highly recommend Superior Propane.
Leak checks/tank paint/maintenance as well as you make sure we are topped off during bad weather/wind to keep the generac humming...
