We got our Propane delivery from Superior within a week or so after making several requests (via 800 number and On-line website). We were in the middle of a very severe cold spell where the temperatures did not get above freezing for over two weeks and everybody was making emergency requests for propane deliveries.
Our tank was down to 11% but Superior did get us the needed delivery and our tank DID NOT go to Empty. The (Quarles) delivery man was very courteous and apologized for the delay.

The service has always been wonderful. There was one time where I waited 3 hours on the phone a few months ago to order oil. Last time, 2 weeks ago only 20 minutes. I know your phones are ringing off the hook.
I was surprised that you did not have a tech person to come out to see what was wrong with my furnace, that was the 1st in 37years of service. However you did give me a number to call to get help. The company was great and came right out, a plus for you.
After talking about payments, wanting paper invoices, the delivery person did leave an invoice with a envelop which was great and that allowed me to put the invoice in the mail the next day.
I believe the company is taking care of the negatives and I feel service and customer service is being strong again.
I do wish the company still had walk in in Hudson, NH. Everyone was great
