I like your product of Propane.
Your services have gone downhill somewhat and it is disturbing to me. It has become difficult to contact Superior Propane with too many "hoops to jump through". Referring me to call 911 in an emergency is ludicrous when dealing with what could be a volatile situation at my home or running out of Propane which would interrupt the function of my Generac and other life saving functions in my home.
The last "service person" that Superior sent to my home had absolutely no idea where he even was on the map and knew virtually nothing about a Generac, how to approach my home, fill the underground tank, take a reading of how much propane I have left in my tank, as per long standing instructions did not call ahead or when he left my property and did not follow instructions as to where the tank is located on the lower part of the driveway which has very easy access to the tank. He was very respectful and polite but I believe he was scared to death under the circumstances I pointed out to him in addition to my dog that has ferocious barking in pure defense of this property until I bring her inside. You put him in a very awkward and dangerous position and it is not his fault!! He was ill-prepared by Superior Propane. Freeman Gas was very personable and truly cared about its customers and they are truly missed in our area. You "ran off" the best employees of Freeman Gas with restrictions,
regulations and non-caring robotic service. The only choice we have at this point is to change our propane company. I have been told by many people that their new company of choice in this area is so much better than what Superior Propane has become! Self preservation and the comfort of being secure and comfortable in our homes is far more important than retaining your "new" Superior Propane company. Surely there are Federal and SC State Standards for delivering and servicing fuel. I will not hesitate to do that if this situation continues. Last name removed Residence
You always take care of us ahead of time. You notify us of changes and follow through on our request.
like when you tell us when you are going to deliver our propane... Our friends are getting a cheaper price than us, which prices should be average across the board. And we prepay also.

I like having a set price for both fuels I use and having a monthly budget plan. The service plan is very good, including an annual cleaning & I have experienced prompt service when I've had problems with my furnace.
Always punctual very professional and cordial on the phone financially times are tough. I do have stage three blood cancer, but you guys have always been there for me. I would highly recommend your business to other people.

What’s not to love… I get low on propane, log into my account online, request a delivery and a few days later my tank is full and I’m notified via email of my balance due. I wish all my accounts were so easy.
