I called and the very polite and efficient rep took the new card information and processed the payment and new card on file.

I am pleased with the electronic monitoring of the tank contents. I was notified after the delivery was made. There are no obstacles in accessing the tank, but it would have been nice to receive advance notice of a pending delivery. This is not a problem, only a courteous request.

I like the service we receive from Rymes. We do however would like to receive the paperwork we usually receive on delivery. My wife likes the paperwork as she likes to process payments quickly. That would be helpful. Thank you for your service.
