The customer service is excellent. No matter how busy they are I am always talking to a friendly person who treats me with respect and never rushes me through the call.
Lower cost but my propane was at zero after 4 calls in two weeks before it was filled it usually flags your company at 30% this time we basically just got filled as it emptied.

I like the ase of paying online and having a budget payment each month rather than being hit with multiple large bills to fill the tanks. I especially like being able to see the tank percentage and knowing a delivery will be schedule automatically.
