The locked in rates, as part of the co-op group I'm in, are realistic and reasonable. Issues that have come up have been resolved quickly. Website functionalities are easy to use.

After five years of not being charged a rental fee under Western Propane, now that the company has been acquired by Superior Propane we were assessed a $120 fee because we had not placed an order in over 12 months. When we do call for a fill-up, it does come quickly and the prices are competitive. This is a second home for us and we don't use that much propane because we have a pellet stove.
