I've been concerned about the loss of our local DownEast business office in Brunswick and the initial feeling of abandonment I felt when Superior took over what I considered to be an excellent company, staffed with friendly and competent people. While Superior has recently been responsive when I have had an issue, in the past it was often delayed and took several calls to follow up and resolve. Customer service is the KEY to the success of any business and I urge you to keep that in mind at all times. The loss of that local component means everything is channeled through a call maze that can seem endless. Things have improved since the initial take over and the technicians sent have continued to be of good quality. As always, they are a positive face of the company. I encourage you to continue seeking customer feedback on customer experience and hope you listen to it. I have given you a high score to let you know I value this effort and hope it continues to be important to you.
