I have used your company twice before. The carpets stay clean longer. No cleaner residue to attract the dirt. Luis, who came this last time, was wonderful. He worked so hard. My carpets are old so not easy.

Our technician was great. Even before he started, I asked him his professional opinion on our bedroom carpet. One of our dogs had major health issues and put a hurting on the carpet. We cleaned it the best we could. Our tech advised us to get new carpet since he couldn't guarantee the spots wouldn't return. I like that......honesty. He did clean our couch and love seat and they haven't looked that great since I bought them over twenty years ago. He worked diligently on them until every spot could be worked out. Great job.

Carpet cleaner was very professionally and took courtesy and care of my home. He did a thorough job and I am happy with the outcome. I only wish there was a better estimate given for drying time. Overall very happy with the experience.

We received great service from Zerorez. The technician arrived early (only after calling to make sure were were ready). He walked the house with me to make sure he understood what my expectations and needs were. Then he got to work. The process was quick and carpets look great. We didn’t really have any spots just general dirt in the high traffic areas but they really do look like new again.
First of all the service guy said they don't move any furniture. thus only about 75% of my carpet was cleaned. I moved a couch but was not aware that he had not moved a futon, thus a wide strip along the wall was never touched. Secondly I was charges extra to treat and remove stains! Isn't that why one gets their carpet professionally cleaned???
Not impressed, especially after the glowing ads I heard on WMAL radio.
I could have rented a machine from Home Depot and saved a lot of money.
Maybe one gets a good job if the house is empty.

We do apologize that your experience with us was less than satisfactory. As stated in the confirmation email we send out we are not able to move heavy furniture, fragile items, or electronics due to liability purposes. We do however, work to the best of our ability to get under and around all items to provide the best cleaning possible for our clients. We apologize if this was not done during your visit. Stains are always tricky. In most cases our standard cleaning process will remove standard stains, however in some more severe cases (such as set in stains) more abrasive measures need to be taken which may require the additional stain removal product and charges. Our techs try their best to remove all stains through our regular cleaning process before they are to suggest that our clients pay extra for the stain removal treatments. We sincerely apologize for the issues that experienced during your visit. You may feel free to contact us by phone any time to discuss any further issues you may have experienced or with any questions or concerns you may have. Please do not hesitate to reach out.

Service is the best! Very caring, friendly staff, a pleasure to have in my home. Luis is the best, so glad he’s training Rodney who is awesome too! Love the look and fresh clean smell of my carpets after Zerorez comes.
THE FIRST TIME YOU CAME LAST YEAR, MY CARPETS LOOKED AWESOME. THIS TIME, THERE ARE PARTS THAT DON'T LOOK CLEAN. IT JUST SEEMS LIKE THE JOB WAS DONE VERY QUICKLY AND THE RESULTS WEREN'T AS GOOD. MARCUS CLEANED OUR CARPER LAST YEAR AND DID AN AMAZING JOB. I WAS ALSO ENTITLED TO A FREE HALLWAY BUT THE TECHNICIAN DIDN'T MENTION IT. I HAD TO ASK.

Zerorez is consistent. Consistently on time, consistently does a great job and the jobs last...our carpets remain pristine for awhile. We love that they use their own water and don't run anything through a bathroom. Employees are efficient and kind. Keep up whatever you're doing because it works!
Zerorez was timely. Our cleaner was very courteous and friendly and did a great job in reviving our dirty carpets especially eliminating some tough pet and rust stains.
