Zerorez put their heart and soul (and physical labor) into the cleaning of my carpets and tile floors to get them as clean as possible. Although the floors do not look brand new anymore, they look great! The people that I met in person, and the people that I corresponded with over the phone and over e-mail are extremely personable, hard working, and care deeply about satisfying their customers' expectations. The serviceman arrived on time and was extremely professional. He worked very hard (it was a real hot day) and had a very pleasant demeanor. He did a great job cleaning the carpet. Thank you!

I did not see any brushes used to loosen the dirt in particularly stained areas as I was expecting to see. Otherwise I think the guys did a good job!

I was very impressed with the Zerorez's qualify of carpet cleaning services. The technician was professional, courteous, and efficient. I will use this company again next summer and highly recommend it to anyone who is seeking green cleaning options for their home.

Highly responsive and professional service and came back promptly as my 'pet odor' problem had not resolved to try again. Alas it is still there - not ZeroRez's fault though - just my old dog - and the lovely soft padding I bought with new carpet. It sucks up all the moisture and won't let go.
The other areas of carpeting they cleaned with the older thin padding came out perfectly fine.

Your system is the best for removing stains and daily wear. Used you last year when we were trying to sell our house after we had used another company that you could barely tell they were there. Cleaned up after, Called when was on the way and gave a accurate estimate when technician would be arriving. Technician made sure I was satisfied before he left. Will definatly be asking to come back every couple months. Going to have additional services completed as well.

Had a great experience with Zerorez.. I didn't think my carpet had a chance -- tons of spots and it was worn with 10+ years of use.
Jonathan, my technician did a great job. He was upfront and honest with me. He actually thought it might be difficult to remove most of the spots. So he said, let me test out a few areas and then we could determine the next steps. After realizing that the spots could be removed, he then went forward with the remainder of my house.
At the end - there was only one spot he couldn't remove. And he mentioned it early in the process.
Overall I couldn't be happier. I was actually thinking of replacing the carpet and now it can be used for a bit longer. The price was reasonable as well. The consultant on the phone threw in some packages and discounts to convince me to use the service. Glad I did.
Zerorez has been cleaning our houses for a few years now and they are without a shadow of doubt, world class carpet cleaners. We won't consider anyone else. The carpets stay clean for a long time afterwards. Luis (sp.?) is very polite and very professional.
