Your system is the best for removing stains and daily wear. Used you last year when we were trying to sell our house after we had used another company that you could barely tell they were there. Your technician's are always respectful, call 30 min out and work hard. I have already recommend you to 3 people since yesterday

Cleaned up after, Called when was on the way and gave a accurate estimate when technician would be arriving. Technician made sure I was satisfied before he left. Will definatly be asking to come back every couple months. Going to have additional services completed as well.

Had a great experience with Zerorez.. I didn't think my carpet had a chance -- tons of spots and it was worn with 10+ years of use.
Jonathan, my technician did a great job. He was upfront and honest with me. He actually thought it might be difficult to remove most of the spots. So he said, let me test out a few areas and then we could determine the next steps. After realizing that the spots could be removed, he then went forward with the remainder of my house.
At the end - there was only one spot he couldn't remove. And he mentioned it early in the process.
Overall I couldn't be happier. I was actually thinking of replacing the carpet and now it can be used for a bit longer. The price was reasonable as well. The consultant on the phone threw in some packages and discounts to convince me to use the service. Glad I did.
Zerorez has been cleaning our houses for a few years now and they are without a shadow of doubt, world class carpet cleaners. We won't consider anyone else. The carpets stay clean for a long time afterwards. Luis (sp.?) is very polite and very professional.

I chose Zerorez because you don't use toxic chemicals. I visited your Website after hearing your commercials on WMAL, Washington, D.C. metro area. Also, your technician was very good.
Arrived on time, introduced himself, very polite, inspected the areas to be cleaned before starting, protected by hardware floors with a covering, explained where he was starting and finishing, and had me inspect the area upon completion. The best part he did not try and sell me additional services.
The carpets came out great. The technician was very helpful.
The technician spent a lot of time explaining to me why certain stains wouldn't come out of the carpet, but when he actually tried (at my insistence) they did. I just feel like he did the bare minimum and he didn't move anything. He also seemed to have a lot of trouble with the stairs. Perhaps not the best technician to send to a 3 level townhouse.
