We are so happy with our carpet cleaning results! Jonathan was so polite and upbeat. He attacked this stain at our front door that no other cleaner has been able to treat and the stain is gone! The cleaning left a light pleasant smell. We wish we had found you sooner!

The telephone skills of your staff is mediocre. My original appointment had to be moved because an employee didn’t show up. However the gentleman who cleaned our carpet was very polite and efficient. The carpet is clean, clean, clean!

Very nice and professional service from scheduling the appointment, the person who cleaned our carpets, and the follow up process. Jonathan came out to clean for us and he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and gave us good advice out what floors did and don’t need cleaning. It is very important to us that ZeroRez has a chemical free cleaning process and the carpets look, feel and smell clean! I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

What's not to like?

Excellent service. Luis arrived at the time specified and called to confirm that he was on the way to my house. He was professional, answered all of my questions and his attention to work was commendable. I would certainly recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning and will use them for future requirements.

Kudos to Jonathan, the tech who cleaned my carpets. He showed up on time, was polite and respectful, explained the cleaning process and did a great job of getting some really bad stains out. While it took a bit longer than expected for the carpet to dry, there was no stickiness. I was very pleased with the whole process.

Your technician was very professional. He came back to redo the cleaning because the stains were still evident after the carpet dried. This time he sprayed a solution to inhibit the wicking. Although not the stains are not completely gone, the carpet looks much better. Thank you.

I had major concerns about dog stains and odors from vomit in one bedroom. I do not think that the odor is completely gone. After the technician was done and the carpet was still wet, it appeared that the odor was gone. Now that it has dried, the stain is somewhat visible and the odor in the room is still slightly apparent. I paid for the additional pet option and was also a lttle surprised how swiftly he completed the carpets and also at the final cost for the entire job. Louis was very pleasant, however, and went through the rooms with me after completion.

Professional, Reliable, Courteous, Prompt, Friendly, Knowledgeable and Reputable Company. Our carpet is immaculately clean. The entire House can now breathe. A gush of Fresh Air literally went through our House after the cleaning process was complete. The cost is affordable and reasonable.

The carpets are still wet over 24 hours later. Now that it is drying I don’t feel like the carpets are as clean as I expected.

We like that you do not use harsh chemicals. That is important to us since we have a young child and several pets. Service was fast and friendly. The technician that came to our house was very helpful, professional, and friendly.

None of the stains came out and one room the carpet buckled due to the moisture

But none of the stains on the steps or bedroom are gone or even lightened?!
