Technician arrived on time, was polite and efficient in getting the job done. Carpets look very good now!
The actual service was great. The customer service people were extremely nice. Big disappointment though in the scheduling of things. Appointment times were not adhered to. Both for the initial free estimate as well as the actual service. Both days we ended up waiting several hours after the appointed time. We were called but nevertheless, our days were spent waiting and things being delayed.

The areas around where our furniture was cleaned were left with lots of sticky residue.

I paid extra to have my furniture moved and was told someone would be coming with the tech to help him, that didn't happen. Thankfully my son in law was here to help move the living room. The guest room furniture did not get moved because he told my son in law he would just clean around it.
I paid extra for pet deodorizer and that didn't happen either. I asked if they could give me a price to clean my area rug, that didn't happen. The tech was supposed to see if it was natural fiber or synthetic to tell me the price.. disappointed to say the least
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you were disappointed in your recent service with us. In reviewing your account, we would like to clarify a few things:
Due to liability reasons, our policy on moving furniture is that our technicians use their judgment on what they can safely move without causing any injury to themselves or damage to the home. While you were initially going to be charged to have the furniture in your living room moved, upon your complaint to our office during your service that we only sent one technician, we waived the fee to move the furniture even though we never promised that we would send more than one technician to your service. That furniture still got moved even without the required payment from you. In regards to the guest room furniture, during your conversation with the customer care representative upon booking, you informed them that the furniture in that room didn’t need to be moved. The representative noted that information for the technician and informed you that the technician would just clean around that furniture.
The technician did perform a pet deodorizing treatment. Sometimes, the odor may need additional treatment by us, which is why we offer a 30-day re-service guarantee to come back out and re-treat the areas of concern. We did offer this option to you, which you declined.
Regrettably, the only thing our technician did not do as you mentioned was provide a price to clean your area rug. We do apologize for that oversight and have spoken to the technician to ensure that all future requests are delivered upon.

I had a very good experience with Luis and his team - they ensured a high quality job was done and took a lot of care to make sure it was done right. This is a professional, high quality company.
The technician was efficient and did a very good job. The price was very reasonable.
I am not sure. The rug has areas that don't appear to be cleaned. The tech got down on his hands and knees and blotted the chemicals after the equipment was packed up. Looks like it was not thorough in how the tool was used to clean the run. Still waiting for sofa to dry before any feedback. The overall experience was disappointing. I don't having been sold a service to have someone in my home resell me the service I had already agreed upon. I do understand things may not line up as you are a service company, but the experience for me was different in having to renegotiate the service and the price.

Our scheduling agents do the best job possible via telephone to capture an image of what work will be done. However, once our technician arrives and assesses the work, there may be additional recommendations made. Ultimately, the customer has final say in service rendered, but our trained technicians will recommend the best products for your service(s).

The gentleman that cleaned the grout and resealed our shower was very professional.
