Main thing I like about your product is it really does not leave a residue. I have expensive Carpeting and it looks wonderful when you leave. My carpet fibers stand up as close to new as could be expected.
Technician was great, and answered all of my many questions.
I have a couple shag rugs that I take to Zerorez yearly. I’m always happy with the results. It’s like having a new rug in my family room!!
Once tech determined my husband couldn't be upsold, the tech basically sprayed carpet and sucked it up and left. 35 minutes tops for 3 larger rooms. House smelled like wet dirty carpet.
I had to spend the rest of the afternoon myself with my household steam cleaner getting the carpet clean and then getting rid of the smell. My household cleaner got the carpet clean. My hubby wasn't trying to something nice for me but instead i still ended up doing all the work.

Zerorez has cleaned our wall to wall carpeting several times, always an efficient, knowledgeable, pleasant tech and excellent results. This time, they also cleaned a sectional
sofa, also well done. Pricing is fair and reasonable. Total satisfaction, highly recommended.

We had another great experience with Zero Rez DC. After purchasing a home in the area and prior to moving in we had all the wood floors cleaned. Also we had the tile cleaned. Joshua was my Zero Rez technician. He was very courteous and attentive to detail. I’m very happy with results!
Fast and through
Zerorez company was great to work with. Not only were the prices for cleaning the carpet very reasonable their service was great. The employee called 10 minutes upon arrival, and explained how long it would take for my carpet to dry, and the way to dry if quicker. Thank you to the receptionist that set up our appointment she was genuine, and polite and worked with me for setting up the best time and day. The next time we need carpets cleaned Zerorez will be called.
Fast professional friendly service and very knowledgeable
Josh was very courteous and professional, efficient in his work. Did a good job getting the carpets clean and asked me to check over everything. When I had a couple areas of concern, he quickly went over them again to be sure I was satisfied, even got a stain out that I thought was permanent. My only concern is that it was left so wet that it was still damp the next day.
Our price given was $253 and then when you arrived it was over $700. And even with it being 3 times what we were told it still has some stains.
Your service agent was provided a daunting task of cleaning what we thought was an uncleanable carpet. He suggested a resolution that would reasonably address our concerns. Although it was expensive, it worked well and we were happy with the results.
