I had a water damage situation, in my household. You'll came and extracted the water. However
there was still an odor in the carpet, several days after the clean-up. If you'll could have gotten
rid of the odor, I would have been happy.

Will, my service tech was friendly and communicated when he would arrive. He was pleasant and informative. After the carpet dried, I called and asked that he would come out again to try to remove some spots that were left still. He came back and did a great job. No more spots!
Excellent service beginning with the on-site visit and detailed estimate the day of cleaning. The technitian gave my home a refreshed clean look and feel and he was very professional and careful around the house.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish! Very efficient technician who did a wonderful job cleaning and deodorizing our carpets. I love that the cleaning materials and solutions are all safe for people and pets and the house smells so fresh! Would highly recommend and definitely will be a repeat customer in the future.
I like that Zerorez doesn’t use harsh chemicals, but the floors look completely different after cleaning. A surprising amount of stains and dirt come out of hardwood and tile grout.
I’ve had Zerorez clean my floors twice, and both times the representatives were courteous and professional. I highly recommend this floor treatment and this company.

Friendly, polite and competent technician
Prompt and professional response. We used Zerorez for our kitchen granite countertops that were installed over seven years ago and had not been sealed since. They restored the counters almost to their original condition within a very short time frame and at a very agreeable price.

He reviewed the 4 upstair bedrooms, answered all of our questions, and even reminded us that if we had to walk on the carpet before it was completely dry to be mindful as we walked down the wooden staircase.

Great employees. Very Courteous and careful. Work quickly and with care. Did all my wall rugs and my synthetic rugs as well as my wall-to-wall carpeting. To care with stains. Would definitely recommend and use again. I love that there is no odor and no chemicals are used.
