Pressurized water only. No residue. Concern: our workman seemed to rush through the final portion of the cleaning and may have done a better job if he had taken more time.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

When I was called about payment, I was told that prompt payment had to be made, the same day as the service. I told the caller that there were problems which were not corrected. She indicated the technician called to say there were problems and that he either did not know how to fix the problem, or did not have the correct tools. I was told there would be a Survey coming and that I needed to address the concerns in the survey, and then a supervisor would call back. The service was Tuesday. Today is Thursday. I would have thought that upon prompt payment I would have received a return call from a supervisor -- but I did not. Now I want a prompt return phone call -- Name removed Phone number removed.

What could we do to improve?

Too expensive.
To really get carpet clean from basic use dirtiness standard cleaning advertised is not sufficient. You mist buy the upsale to get your carpets actually clean. It almost feels like a bait and switch.

The smell is still in the bedroom. Since there is still smell, it means there is still residue in the room, so it didn't clean properly.

Will did a fantastic job and actually was concerned about the care of our wood floors!! Very respectful of our hard wood floors and did a thorough clean up!! Our carpets look wonderful and he explained the drying process and care!!

Good communication is very important to us, especially during this move from one house to another. We appreciate when a service keeps in touch with us, and in this age of text, phone, email, etc we expect that they will do so. Zerorez kept us informed of each step in the process, from estimate to date and time, to a phone call when the service person was on the way. Thank you.

You’re intake person recommended a price of 224$. I definitely described accurately the spaces except for rec room. I told her it was large but the tech said it was twice the size of what they estimate…same as hallways. So he came back with a price of 375! Obviously, a considerable difference. I was not happy-felt like “bait and switch “.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

This was really a bad experience for me- usually we have a great tech whom is very detailed and kind. The tech who came out took way too long in looking at our area- then we were misquoted on "Pet treatment" so, that was ok- but then he quoted me $530 dollars for all the spots- with military discount. I just wanted the gentlemen out my house and did the basic package. Extremely dissapointed.

Technician called due to being unable to find a spot to park which was close to apartment. The technician should have been able to resolve this concern without disturbing the customer.

What do you like about our products and services?

The product was able to remove the stains, from our dog, in our bedroom carpet. Also after cleaning our sectional sofa it now looks like new.
I would definitely recommend them to our friends.
The gentleman that came to perform the services was extremely professional and customer service oriented. He explained the procedures prior to undertaking them and answered any question we had. .

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Was quoted $270 on the phone and after the cleaning was done the price jumped to over $350 with no explanation of products used and how that could have made such a difference in overall price. A reimbursement of the difference between the initial and end price would be sufficient enough to make things right.
