Josh ( the representative that cleaned my carpet) and Dawn (the representative that scheduled my appointment) were truly wonderful to work with. They were the picture of professionalism and it was easy to tell that they truly put customer satisfaction first! I’m looking forward to scheduling my next appointment!

Before it dried the carpet looked get. I know all stains may not come out but the carpet looks just as bad as it did before it was cleaned.

The carpet was wet for almost 36 hours. The tech who did it came back after about 30 hours and told me it was too wet. He should have addressed that when he was here. Also he damaged a wall with his hose and pipe as well as scratch some flooring and his supervisor told me someone would come and fix it. This was august 6 and I've not heard from anyone

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We have been a die hard fan of Zerorez and this is the first time we have been disappointed. Our technician was polite and professional, but if this is redone we would like not to have the same person.The tile cleaning was unsatisfactory to say the least. The grout was not cleaned but the sealing is spread all over. There was a residue left on the tile which is now being tracked throughout the clean carpet. There were two small stains in separate rooms which were totally left untreated. The three area rugs were attempted to be cleaned and are still visibly dirty. This should not be the case since all three were cleaned and treated before we moved and before they were rolled up. Our house needs to be cleaned again.

They communicated with me ahead of time. They arrived in the service window. Guy was polite and got straight to work. Worked a swear up cleaning the carpet. Asked me to inspect his work. Great job! Packed up quickly. I paid and he left! Wow. A company that does what is promised to do. Totally recommend!

I saw a big difference in my carpet. The tech was very kind and went about his work.
He pointed out to me though I could see the difference before and after. This procedure doesn't leave a lot of water in the carpet.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I had my sectional sofa cleaned - which looked fine. However, there was a gigantic wet area on my carpet near the sofa. I had to take apart the sofa, roll up the rug, run dehumidifiers and fans for about 48 hours to get the area dry. Now my rug does not lay well.

What could we do to improve?

The technician, Ron, was very good. He was punctual and neat. He was very knowledgeable about the process. What was frustrating was understanding the pricing. I understand what I was quoted over the phone was an estimate; however, when I stated "oversized room," he explained to me that due to the size, it was actually 3 rooms. Of course, this affected the price. I think adding dimensions to your descriptions would be helpful in the future. Thank you.
