Hi! I have already recommended ZeroRez to a friend. Out Zerorez technician, Will Hobbs, did an excellent job! We were very pleased with the results of the cleaning. I'd called on a Thursday and received an appointment for the very next day. The carpets in my living room and 3 sets of stairs had not been cleaned in a year. We were going to have a rather impromptu surprise birthday celebration for my 90-year-old mom on Sunday. We'd planned to have the celebration in a public venue, but due to COVID, we had to re-group and plan for a new location. Our home was it! The carpets on the floor and stairs were absolutely beautiful! The party was fabulous! Our guests commented on how the carpet looks great after all these years! Thank you ZeroRez. I love that my grandbabies could come straight to my house and play in my floor. The technician that worked in my home was thorough, polite and respectful of my home. I believe his name was Will.
The cleaner left water at the bottom of the stairs. I slipped on it and fractured my ankle. The sad part of is that the technician was still on site when it happened and heard me scream. He ignored me and acted like he didnt know what happened. He quickly got my husband to sign and left.

Pressurized water only. No residue. Concern: our workman seemed to rush through the final portion of the cleaning and may have done a better job if he had taken more time.
