Mr. Hobbs is an excellent representative for Zerorez. He is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He reviewed the 4 upstair bedrooms, answered all of our questions, and even reminded us that if we had to walk on the carpet before it was completely dry to be mindful as we walked down the wooden staircase.

Great employees. Very Courteous and careful. Work quickly and with care. Did all my wall rugs and my synthetic rugs as well as my wall-to-wall carpeting. To care with stains. Would definitely recommend and use again. I love that there is no odor and no chemicals are used.

I was not that impressed with the quality of the cleaning. Then was told that extra stains would cost $50.00 per treatment per stain for a special solution which may or may not work. The customer service was great and the gentleman that cleaned was very nice and professional. Just wasn’t happy with the cleaning itself.

The carpet still smells. No of the furniture was moved. A stain was not addressed.

I like the idea that Zerorez uses low sudsing solutions with non-toxic solutions and little chemicals. Their cleaning system is very effective. “Ron,” who cleaned our carpets, was very courteous and attentive to our needs and did a great job. Our old and dirty carpeting looks great! Very satisfied!
I was called and informed that one of my rugs was ruined by Zerorez. Then Zerorez gave me a choice: look into repairing the rug or come to a settlement on the value. I chose the latter and then re-arranged my home accordingly to not need the rug...THEN Zerorez changed their mind and their story...and now won't honor the choice I made that they presented to me.

Mr. Forrest, we feel terrible that during transport your rug caught on to a piece of equipment and got slightly torn. Post inspection from a qualified expert, we are able to get it fixed.

Our tech, William, was outstanding! We use Zerorez at least once per year. Our home always looks and smells better after the service. Highly recommended.
The people at Zerorez were very willing to make price adjustments to try to get me the best "deal". However, the cleaning was very substandard. The carpet looked the same after the cleaning as before. Before starting, the tech told me that he thought he could make the carpets look good, but after the first room showed no improvement, he just kept going, "cleaning" three more rooms and a hall. I came to have a look, and immediately stopped him, but, of course, I still had to pay for the work he had completed. The carpets were also left quite wet, and took days to dry. After paying for a cleaning, I ended up replacing the carpets that were cleaned by Zerorez, so I got zero value for the money I paid to Zerorez. In addition, I used my Bissell to clean the carpets that weren't cleaned by Zerorez, and the Bissell left things much cleaner and dryer than the Zerorez clean. This is probably because I was willing to take the time to go over the carpet until it was clean. A discounted price can never make a poor job into a good deal.

Very professional and experienced. Carpeting had tar on it, not just dirt and now carpet looks great!!

Our technician was phenomenal! He called when he was on his way, showed up promptly, was very knowledgeable and explained what to expect. At every point of the process I had very clear expectations for my service and the final outcome of my carpets. The technician was also very savvy; I had removed my daughters crib mattress (which is dropped to the floor) and forgot to tell him to not clean under the crib so I could put it back together for her that evening. To my amazement and gratitude I found that he had done just that and she was able to sleep in her room that evening! Phew!
After a black light review of our rooms we opted for the pet enzyme treatment which smelled amazing.
Overall, highly recommend and will refer with confidence.
