The technician who came to my house was efficient, thorough, and professional. He was also super knowledgeable about the job at hand. I had some stains on my carpet that I thought could not be removed and he did. #clientforlife

What do you like about our products and services?

The friendly and detailed service. Our technician, Will took extra care to get all areas clean and to protect our furniture.

The process you use is also more effective than we’ve seen with other cleaning companies. It leaves the carpet fresh, clean and residue-free.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I spent $1100 and the man left my house in total disarray. There was garbage he left on the floor, dirt from his shoes, cushions and chairs strewn everywhere and things weren’t clean. I spent 3 hours cleaning up after him. Then I had to miss work to let a new person come back in to fix it. He did a fine job, but I asked if he could do a small chair and ottoman for me, which he didn’t do all that well because it wasn’t fully clean, and you had the audacity to charge me an additional $100 for it, despite all of the inconveniences. That is awful customer service.

We work with customers schedules so there is no inconvenience. If we had of known we could of did a different day or time. That's great news that you were pleased with the reservice. You had requested the chair and ottoman to be cleaned therefore we needed compensation as we spent the extra time and effort to work on those additional pieces that were not part of the reservice.

The service guy that came here, Rodney, did the work completely and professionally and answered all my questions. He did a great job, much better than I had expected. My carpet was soiled pretty badly and he got it all up. Thank you for a job well done.

What could we do to improve?

let people know on your website that there will be extra charges for spots and high traffic areas. Also, bring your prices for these extras down as they are unreasonably high for people on a budget in this area.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The technician walked me thorough the house and upsold me a pet treatment to remove the stains seen with the UV light. I looked with my own UV light and nothing he did made any difference in the soiling of the carpet.

I also went over the wood floors that were 'cleaned' and I was still removing dirt the same day as the cleaning happened.

Very disappointed in the quality of the cleaning. The technician was very nice and courteous, I just believe he had inadequate equipment.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize you were not satisfied with your cleaning. So the reason for the black light is to identify and neutralize pet urine issues. Pet urine can crystalize when we see this we recommend a deodorize to help with any potential fowl smells that can occur during or post cleaning as a result of bacteria still left on the carpet. The ammonia in urine can cause permanent damage to the carpet fibers and can still be seen under a UV light even when proper stain removals have been used there for we can only guarantee odors to be removed but not stains.

What do you like about our products and services?

The technician seemed very knowledgeable and was willing to reach out to his supervisor when he did not know the best way to handle a situation and patiently tried to get the big paint stain up. The product used for the stains in the dining room worked very well, but some of the stains that I thought had come out in our family room did not. Maybe more stain lifter needed to be applied. I am very pleased overall and will be calling again.
