They came during the time frame and contacted us when they were 20 minutes away. The 2 workers were courteous, wore masks and cleaned our carpets. They look refreshed. They removed many stains, but the ones that other carpet cleaners failed to remove they too had the same results. Overall I'd recommend them to others as their price was the best also.

We had to go back over some stains that remained after the cleaning. We were able to remove them with a stain remove and a little "elbow grease"; otherwise the overall cleaning was good.

I was charged more than expecting because of a walk in closet and a room counted as two because of the size. Please be more specific when giving estimates

Final pricing is not set until a certified technician has had a chance to look at the project. We try not to blind side our customers with upcharges, but sometimes a room is bigger than what was discussed.
Our carpets look no different than before the technician came. Without even examining our carpets, he said we needed $80 deep clean per area and spot cleaner for $50 per area totaling $529 plus the $250 charge we were quoted. This is a very poor business model that may work on some people but it’s not honest. I listen to WMAL and have been hearing these ads for years. I definitely plan on registering a complaint about your advertising.
We apologize that you were not happy with your service that was provided. Our basic service does very well for regular wear and tear. However once our technicians had an opportunity to access the carpet additional services were required. As always these are just recommendations and ultimately we will do what the homeowner decides. We did however go over different recommendations that may assist with the cleaning process that was refused. Pet urine can crystalize, we recommend a deodorizer to help with any potential fowl smells that can occur during or post cleaning as a result to a bacteria still left on the carpet. Where as these concerns are interrupted as one thing our technicians are required to address not only the odor, staining, etc.. that require additional services.
Zerorez stands behinds the products and workmanship as long as suggested services are not refused voiding our warranty. We would be happy to come back but it would not be under warranty work.

This is my 3rd or 4th visit from you guys and by far the worst and the last time!! Past visits were great where I rated you an 8 or higher.
He started by trying to charge us more. He said that our one room counted is two then he didn’t completely clean one of the rooms. There are four spots in particular that I asked to have cleaned and they did not come up. I went behind him with a carpet scrubber and they came right up!!
He didn’t use safety guards around the corners of my home. He connected a bungee cord to my hand rail and attached his hose to it…this potentially could’ve ripped the hand rail out of the wall.
