How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

After throughly checking the carpet after the associate was finish. I notice pieces of a paper I specifically left on the floor which means the floor was not vacuumed well or wasn’t at all. The service tech was very professional. I will definitely use you all in the future because of my ability to make a same day appointment and everything appears to be clean except the vacuuming issues. To make things right I think 50% off of my next service as I’m wanting all of my carpet clean again before the year is out as well as my rugs. I appreciated the fast service but I would rather have things done right if that means taking alittle more time.

The service was spot on. Your service representative was punctual and very respectful. The only improvement I would suggest is adding a preference for military members.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

On good recommendations I hired this company to clean my two sofas. The cushions were replaced after cleaning while still wet and mold set in. Two of the spots were not clean and the cleaning solution stained the cotton base on which the cushions sit. A second cleaning was attempted under supervision of owner and the stains only got worse. They said they would reupholster the sofas after consulting with the company owners but I have heard nothing in a week.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Honestly this is the second time I do not think a good job was done. I have used this company before in Stafford multiple times with excellent results and worst carpeting. I do not think the techs who this area in Centreville even try to do a good job. I watched and basically no effort was being put into good resulrs.

We try and let customers know how we can assist with the areas of concern, just as we did with your home. If you deny products that the technician is offering for other areas of the home it would be a basic cleaning process. This means the areas of concerns with the basic cleaning process may not be addressing those deeper concerns inside those fibers of your carpeting due to the soil build up. Edging around baseboards was inadequate at best! Would not use your company in the future.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The guy did an absolute great job inside the house and would definitely like to have him come again later to do our carpets again when necessary.

His job on the carpet was a '10'. This is the second time he has come out and both times have been perfect.

I was just concerned about the chemicals dumped on the lawn because it totally killed off the grass.

I probably should have given the overall score a 7, but I'm unable to go back and change my score.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I use zerorez some years ago and was pleased. I felt the value and the service was definitely worth it. Now the prices have gone up so much that it feels a bit less worth it. Which will cause me to hesitate the next time I need carpets clean. I might seek another method if I don't want to pay the high price. The tech covered a small amount of area for nearly $300. It's just too high and I can't recommend others pay that much for the amount of coverage that was done.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Their technician damaged my coffee table while he was cleaning my sofa. The top part of my table is destroyed and there was no way to repair it. I ordered a new table. They charged me $228 for cleaning just a small area of my sofa not the entire sofa. In addition I paid $975.84 to buy a new table. This was ridiculous. I’m not happy at all. Zero star.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The carpet was not well cleaned. I asked the technician whether there was something else he could do, he said, "no." I even called the office and asked for an inspector to inspect the quality of the job or to troubleshoot the work. I was told that no one would be able to come till the following week. Since I was hosting an Independence Day party, "next week" was too late. So I asked Zerorez to send their best technician to consult on the problem. The next day, following your cleaning, Zerorez was at my home and had re-cleaned my carpet *successfully*
