I like the variety in the sessions and the atmosphere
It's awesome to be able to monitor your heart rate and have a goal to push yourself towards (splatt points) so that you keep burning after the glass. I love the mix between cardio and weights and the trainers are the best!
Being in a group for motivation but also having the guys watching and making sure I'm doing everything correctly
It was all structured by the PT for me, so convenient. I was motivated by seeing my heart rate on the screen and knowing what to aim for. Danielle checked in with me since it was my 1st session and was really supportive. I feel great afterwards, very energised and glad it was all rounded workout with cardio and weights.
The classes are always different and I get pushed as much as I would in a PT session.
Very knowledagble instructors willing to help you out, improving your form, or answering any questions before/after class.
Staff behind the desk are great - super friendly.

Only thing I feel could be improved (but not sure how) is the showers - the rooms get ridiculously hot and humid so it's very hard to dry off and get dressed to get off to work!

It was a fantastic workout because it was varied - every 10 minutes there is something different and I felt the HIIT aspect the whole way through. I am really happy with the results and now I understand why people say it's addictive. Definitely felt the burn!
Challenging, varying
Was different to other workouts that I've done.
The variety and intensity. Instead of being an ordeal, the time passed quickly.
Confident i will get a 1 hour total body workout, with trainers that not only motivate but ensure you are doing the exercises correctly! The music is great, and each workout is different so you keep your body guessing!
Varied exercises, you can be at any fitness and skill level. Pushes you but shows you when you need to back off to recover better
