It's personal, the trainers make an effort to get to know you and what you want from the session. I also enjoy seeing where I'm at on the screen, it makes me push myself harder than I normally would.
That there is a good mix or cardio and weights, its fun and I feel comfortable going alone
I love how hard it is, and that it is personalised eg my "push" is not the same level on the treadmill as the person next to me, so we all make sure we are working to our best.
I would prefer if we did more weights and full body exercises in the weights sections.
Also, I am not a huge fan of Jess as a trainer.
The trainers are great and are always helping improve your technique, encouraging you and checking you're ok which makes the work out more enjoyable. They also push me more then I ever would when working out by myself.

Orange Theory is a fantastic way to continually push yourself and I love the structure of the classes and how it incorporates both high intensity cardio and weight training all in just an hour!

It's different each time. Don't get bored of doing the same old thing.
They are different all the time so you don't get bored. And they are hard.
I like being pushed by the trainers, that it is a relatively small class and that the workouts are different every time.
I love the friendly, motivating trainers and staff and the fact that the workouts are always different. I like being challenged to work harder and to do exercises that I didn't think I would be able to. I also really like being in a group, rather than one-on-one training as I've done in the past.
Keeps me motivated and pushed to keep working as hard as I can in one hour. I like the way each class is different so you don't get fed up with same routine.

I like that it is time efficient, effective and delivered by very committed, engaging and professional trainers. I ike being greeted when I arrive and the fact that all the staff are so helpful. I was larticularly impressed when pne trainer offered to privately help with monitoring any goals that members may have.
