Super friendly and attentive staff and a personal experience!
I like how involved I felt in the workout. The only thing I would say would need improving would be a preparation. I would have liked to do some stretches before hand, especially since I had no experience with this type of regime and being new to the gym I was not aware there was no pre workout provided in the course.

It is diverse so time goes quickly - music is good, energy and encouragement from staff also very motivating. It is time efficient, with maximum impact. I like the mix of strength, rowing and treadmill.

I love that within one hour, you get a FULL BODY workout that's a mix of Cardio and Strength. I love that the workout always changes and having the ability to track my progress to keep me accountable. You feel a sense of achievement after every workout, which is what it's all about.

It's addictive, the trainers are motivating,encouraging and inspiring! I get a total body workout in under an hour where I can constantly challenge and compete with myself and the session results are sent to me before I've even left the building, allowing me to track my performance. I love orange theory fitness it's the best

The attention of teachers
I work harder in an OTF class than I ever would be on my own and feel proud when I finish. I like the variety of each class and how challenging they can be.
I push myself to get the 12 minutes in the orange zone. This training is sports specific and is helping me with my running in triathlon. I love the variety. I have never done the same session twice.
