Variety, intensity and full body workout
I visited your studio a couple of days ago. I am a member in the Altamonte Springs, FL (Orlando) location. Frankie did a great job and everything was exactly the same. I would have appreciated a discounted rate for being a member in the USA versus paying the full drop in rate. I'm sure it's rare you get people like men but that's why it would be even more special. Also, I wanted to buy a souvenir (like an OTF Sydney shirt) but I don't remember seeing one. Great job overall. Cheers!

Heart based interval raining where I can visually watch how I am tracking and knowing I am working in my own and outside my own training zone. 'Personal' trainer on hand to guide you is a major, especially if you have never been a gym person such as myself. The sessions are fun and you want to come back for more - well maybe not after Tornados ! :-)

I feel so good after the workouts and I see real results! It incorporates everything I need from a workout, cardio and strength. I always invite people to try it with me but I think they must be intimidated by the intensity of it or something, I'm not sure! I come from the states so I'm actually shocked that this one isn't more busy. Maybe people just don't know about it here yet.
It's a great all around workout. I've been doing it for 2 years now and still choose to come everyday because each workout is different
I don't have to compete against anyone, or I don't have to keep up with anyone. It is all about yourself and no pressure. Anyone will enjoy this group fitness.

Everything! I've never been so obsessed with working out in my life. The heart beat monitor allows me to compete with myself and compare previous performance, always striving to get better. The instructors are inspiring, helpful, and make working out fun. Couldn't rave enough about orange theory.

Seriously, everything about Orangetheory is incredible.
In the past 20 years I've been a member at YogaWorks, Anytime fitness, Equinox in the states and also 24 hour Fitness, Fitness First and various Yoga Studios but never found a great workout that ALSO comes with such a great, supportive, inspiring workout-family like Orangetheory does.
I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful the Orangetheory workout is. No workout is the same so you can go every single day without ever repeating a workout. Classes are suitable for beginners and elite athletes alike as you are given modifications by the coaches to suit your desired intensity. Its heart-rate based and at the end of class you can see on the monitors how many calories you burned (I average 850, which is more than any other workout Ive ever tried). Orangetheory is the only workout that has not only completely changed my body but also has me excited to get into the studio every day and sweat.
I highly, highly recommend giving a class a try. Trust me, you'll be hooked.
