Great service dept
Had on hand the replacement 110 RV duplex outlet I needed. Price was very fair too! Parts rep. at the OP store was friendly, displayed very pleasant, non-aggressive service. I decided two purchase two as you never know what's going to happen down the road. Like, with your engine belts, you always want to have one of each on hand when their times up!
Colton came through when the huge gouger, bad Sam's world of camping as usual failed to deliver.
Buy local is still a good idea!

We had a great experience at Colton RV. We stayed in our new rig on Monday night. They let us watch as they got it all connected and answered questions about what they were doing. Larry and his staff are excellent at there jobs. When we were ready to leave the next day,they took care of some concerns we had,did the repairs,clean it without hesitation. Thank you to all the staff!! Even our doggies were treated well.

I just purchased a new unit and discovered a problem . The service department got back to me and are fixing the issue . I hope to be able to use the camper without a lot of consistent issues. The service department is doing very good đź‘Ť so far.

Your service department was great they took me in even though I didn’t buy my RV from Colton service personnel very friendly. Service technician explained to me a problem that I thought I was having explanations was fully understandable
We were just looking at campers/ RV's at the show recently at Seneca Allegany Casino. We weren't planning on buying at this time but due to Shawn Wilkesmore's showing and answering our many questions, it was a done deal. After picking it up and spending the first night at Colton RV, having everything set up and explained to us, we are so glad we did buy and did it with Colton's. Everyone was very helpful !!

I had a great experience purchasing our class a motorhome. Everyone was friendly, from the sales associate to the finance manager to the mechanic that we met by the garage. This was our second unit we got from you, and will probably be where we get our next one!!

The parts showroom always has everything I need. While I'm there, I can get advice from the pros on different things I need to do to my travel trailer, all in one trip.
I haven't had to use the service dept. yet, but probably won't because my trailer is on a site that's located 60 miles from the N. Tonawanda dealership. Because of that, I will use the dealers service dept. that comes out to my camp when the time comes. This is one of the reasons I chose Colton.

The Colton RV service staff were friendly and courteous. They made themselves available if we had questions. Jason, our service associate, kept us informed of the work being done and discussed with us any problems that arose.
He gave us several options to complete the work which proceeded once he had our approval.
There were no surprises when we got the bill.
Another big plus is that Colton has spots available for staying in your rig the night before your service appointment.
This was the second time we had work done by Colton RV, and we came a considerable distance. That should tell you something!
