Colton RV is there to support their sales. Too many times I've run into issues
where I bought a product only to find out that servicing and maintaining that
product by the company was like pulling teeth. Not with Colton RV, I purchased
my Montana 5th Wheel earlier this year and needed repair work completed for
2 different minor accidents which involved 2 different insurance companies.
Colton RV was on top of the quoting process and professionally managed
communications with both insurance companies. The repair estimate was thorough
and detailed quotes were sent/managed to both companies. I just picked up my
repaired RV 2 days ago and it looks brand new. You'd never know that it had been
hit. The paint job completed was clearly done by a master craftsman. I will continue
to use Colton RV in the future for all of needs.
Price and convenience
Most polite and courteous staff to begin with. Matt the service manager greeted us ,knew what services needed to be done and had us in and out quick.
When we returned to pick up the RV all our issues were solved We had a big electrical problem that was diagnosed and repaired by Chris the service Tech

Quality products and fast service
What's not to like... the people are super kind and have a lot of knowledge about RV's. Me and my husband are older and we live in our RV. They know how important our home is to us and treat both us and our home with dignity and respect. I wouldn't go anywhere else, even if I didn't buy my RV from them(which would be very silly but...) Thank you Bill, Casay, Mason Misty and all the rest of y'all for everything
