It was a great buying experience! Very easy and seamless. The only thing I would have liked is if they had done the work on my vehicle prior to the pick up day because we had to wait a while and then leave and come back and wait a while longer. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable!

Rv parts for your needs are very very overwhelming to expensive. I do like to pay for items that are at the store when I’m there. But not sure if I will pay $20 or $30 more. For items that are way overpriced. Thank You

The Colton RV folks are extremely professional and easy to work with. I damaged the AC unit which needed to be replaced. Justin and Bill at the service department were very accommodating and kept us infomed.as to where they were in the process. The service techs did an amazing job replacing the AC unit and TV antenna. When our coach was returned it was clean and you wouldn't have known that it was even worked on.

Decent price and good service. I was meet by an employee within 90 seconds in the door offering help. With a small description of what I was looking for, he led me directly to it. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with exactly what I needed plus advice.
The staff is very friendly, professional and courteous. And most importantly, I feel like I was treated honestly, and they went above and be on to make sure that we were happy with every step of the purchase process. We drove from Massachusetts to Pennsylvania to purchase our motorhome and I would do it again when the time comes to get another one.

I look at reviews when ever I am about to engage with a new company, restaurant, etc. Thank goodness I take everything with a grain of salt. Unfortunately, we live in a world of condemnation vs praise. Much easier to put down vs raise up. I’ll bet my last penny on the assumption that the unfriendly reviews are all coming from customers who think they should be first and nothing else matters. Try this for a new start …. Please, I would appreciate it, do the best you can for me, I understand, I appreciate your efforts, and if your pride let’s you swallow this one …. THANK YOU! My last purchase (this week) at Colton RV gets a perfect 10 rating. Finally, if you think the grass is greener on the other side of the fence, you really need to wake up and smell the coffee. There was an issue during my delivery where I was told at a show my fridge was propane and electric. When I picked it up the camper it turned out the fridge was only electric. I plan on camping where I don’t always have electric. The manager made it right by giving me another battery and a few other additional items. I am still upset about the fridge but I appreciate and respect the level of service I was given my the personnel at the dealership

He took into consideration what we had said we were looking for and how much we were willing to spend and he showed us appropriate RV’s without wasting ou4 time with things we wouldn’t be interested in.
The people at Colton’s were the best I’ve ever come across while traveling around the country. They went above and beyond to get me back on the road. I arrived on a Saturday with a broken front jack. Lawrence and his technician were genuinely concerned about my issue and got ball rolling for repairs. They Proposed several options which we discussed and decided how to solve. Parts ordered, and arrival date and time set, extended warranty arrangements made they then pointed me to nearby Rv parks. The parts arrived within 30 minutes of their prediction and they had it fixed within an hr. They had a building full of rvs being repaired and got my done quickly. Professional friendly people in every area from the receptionist, service advisors, parts and technicians All concerned about the customer. If I lived here I would be full time customer
