I walked into Colton RV not knowing anything about them or if they could help me. I met with Austin T and explained my situation. He immediately took charge and proceeded to deal with my RV manufacturer. I am traveling and will be on the road for 2+ months. Austin found the correct parts required and ordered them for me to be delivered to my home location so they would be waiting when I returned. He was professional in every respect and solved my problems. Although it is doubtful I will ever return as I live 1000+ miles away I do not hesitate to recommend Colton RV to anyone requiring help with their RV.
Friendly staff
Well this is my 3x buying from you all,, all from my salesman/bro Craig,, always does me right,, he took care of us again,, nice rig we got,, a few things wrong with it, but Craig said they will get it fixed,, also meet some other cool people there,, Zack, showed us the rig,, and had a issue and called him and he walked us through it,, and the 2 maintenance guys there,, fixed a few little things on the spot,, and the financial guy and the guy with the pink pants,, all good crew,, told Craig ,, be back for my diesel pusher,, 40 series ,, thanks again

He was a great help, very friendly and happy. He doesn't do sales to make a quick buck and rush to the next person and he doesn't use any pushy tactics he just talks to you like an old friend.
Being a first time rv'r he was patient and made time to make sure things were going smoothly on his own time even. One was his day off after he pulled a muscle in his back.
The finance team did a great job finding the right bank and explaining the what's and why's of an rv loan.
The parts department was helpful and showed me all of the things we need to get started on the first trip.
The travel trailer we purchased is not a month old and we have not had it in for service as of yet. There are things that they know about and plan on fixing. Tim will tell and I will give a review then

Your parts department and service department is very knowledgeable and helpful. Austin in parts went out of his way to find parts we requested and helped set up our service appointment with the right person to have them installed and kept us updated on our order. John our service advisor made our appointment a wonderful experience with his friendly and helpful attitude. We love our Tiffin motorhome and Colton Rv.
Used camper selection is in very clean condition. Pricing is fair too, the sales guy worked with us to keep in our budget on the unit we liked. Great demo / orientation crew, showed the features and set up tear down methods. A+ crew at the Colton place. (And free ice cream all summer)
The sales staff was excellent. Really listened to what our wants were and stuck to the models we wanted. They showed us how to upgrade and customize and still stay within our budget.
The service department was outstanding and knowledgeable and efficient. The finance department was super efficient and communicated well.

About a week ago, I bought a brand new 2022 Winnebago Adventurer 36Z. The Colton RV of North Tonawanda was AMAZING! There was a lot of trust that I had to put into this dealership. The reason being is that I was making a purchase from 10hrs away and driving in to pick it up. When we got there everything went great from customer service level. Zach and Mason on the sales side were very patient, understanding, and not pushy to make the deal happen over the phone. Finance- Kevin Link got insurance and finance squared away painlessly. In service, Kyle and Ben H did a Great Job to make sure I left the dealership with everything taken care of. Everyone there made you feel like part of the Colton North Tonawanda Family. I will recommend and hopefully come back to them for my next RV. The only negative is that the communication betweenĀ departments is lacking. I will report back when I receiveĀ certain parts that were orderedĀ for me and how the warranties pan out for functionality.
