Five gold stars for Zach, sales manager for his expertise and thoroughness in helping me with a dictionary of questions. He went far above to make sure I was not only satisfied, but comfortable in every aspect. He also took swift action on any remaining items left to be completed for delivered. Decisive and proactive.
Jim, Shop Foreman also gets five gold stars for his unprecedented support after delivery. My Aquahot system diesel burner was not functioning after we arrived home after four hour journey. Record cold temperatures and a pending trip, Jim, on his day off, was on FaceTime with me the majority of the day to diagnose and intimately help me make the necessary repairs to the unit. Jim has a phenomenal technical and mechanical gift and his delivery of the information and coaching is truly award winning. These guys get

All personnel were very helpful and pleasant throughout the whole process. Out sales rep, Terry, was informative and super patient with our choice on a travel trailer as, it was our first one. Your parts department is well equipped and Eric is a very knowledgable associate. Joel made the final paperwork go through smoothly, as well. Overall, this was a very satisfying experience.
The wife and I really enjoyed the interaction of the employees that work there. Craig our sales person went out of his way to make us happy buying our RV. This was our second RV from Colton and won’t be our last. I personally do not like RV dealers. Just because they seem to only want your money and when they do they are no help at all. Colton RV is the only one in the whole country that I would recommend to friends and family..
The waiting room has plenty of activities, clean and plenty of things to do while waiting.
The bathrooms are superb I would like to give a shout out to that lady who cleans them it seems like every hour.
The service bays are super clean and all the employees that are there are happy and know exactly what they are doing.
