Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful during the walk through of the unit. He was very patient in answering all of our questions, of which there were many! We greatly appreciated Joe taking the time with us and not hurrying us through. Todd was helpful in all of the items that needed fixing on the unit and he explained how he was fixing them and got right on it. Matt, the detail guy, did a great job on the exterior of the rig and cleaned up the inside ceiling for us. Mike, in sales, was friendly and helpful in answering questions as well and checking in on us periodically to see if we needed anything during our stay. Bill wanted to make sure everything was done right. And for that, we are thankful. We would like to thank John for taking his personal time to come and help us after hours when our batteries were smoking! And also to Jeff, for responding to my text and sending John to help us. The staff wanted to make us feel taken care of and took care of any problems on the unit that they could. Other issues were documented and are to be put on a list for us to have fixed later. For anyone else who helped us and I didn't name, thank you!

I want to say I read all the reviews that were written about this repair shop and I was skeptical but we never believe everything you read. Colton Rv on lake was wonderful they were very professional , courteous , and best of all very helpful My husband and I want to thank John for taking time and helping use and staying a bit later after closing hours ,and Tim and Josh for the wonderful job they did we love the shade and we thank them for fitting in the extra job they did on our propane system. We really appreciated everything they did and all the knowledge they shared with my husband. We can’t praise them enough so next time you read negative reviews don’t always believe them a lot of times people don’t understand that things take time and at times people get selfish and it’s all about them. Give people a chance and you might be surprised at the outcome.

Great personal service. Love my new camper. Terry was great in helping me find what I wanted. They were very patient with me. Had a minor issue with the shower and they came right out to fix the problem.. I highly recommend them.
Thanks to Ren we were able to get right in to have the battery to our RV get service. First we were told that they couldn’t help us because the next available appointment would be in June. We were up in the Buffalo area to pick up our son because we were leaving on Tuesday to travel out to Arizona for our grand daughters wedding. Thanks to everyone involved, especially Ren ( hope the spelling is correct) we made it out here and looking forward to our grand daughters wedding this weekend. This is the second time that she was helpful in getting us on and out of the service area quickly. We found everyone friendly and helpful.

Colton RV is very responsive to your needs. If you have an issue they will
get you into the shop as soon as they can. If not they have provided me
excellent guidance over the phone which has been incredibly helpful and saved
me the trip of getting my 5th wheel there for service. The sales staff is
excellent and I appreciated their non-pushy sales approach. Finally, after
we purchased our 5th wheel from Colton, they were incredibly thorough
with the delivery. They left no stone unturned and did not allow us to pull
the new rig off the lot until we were comfortable with all aspects of the unit.
I love my new camper. It's just the right size for me. Colton RV is the best. No pressure.

The salesman Mike Scinta was very helpful in getting my family the bunkhouse trailer we wanted at a price we feel was fair to us both. Zachery in the accessory sales department was extremely helpful as well. All in all, a great experience purchasing our new RV !!
