The service and attention to detail we received, was excellent. I look for every business to adhere to high standards and provide quality service while at same time a completive price. We received both and are very happy with the results. I would recommend their service, and the technician that came from Zerorez Eugene Randy was top shelf. Make him a manager, so he can train others on how to do an excellent job.
Generally, you only have one time to make a great impression. Randy, was on time, provided a thorough cleaning, and even went a step or two above which we recognize and more importantly appreciate.

The stain remover I keep in my cupboard works wonders on those pesky spots that show up and they don’t come back. The cleaning of my carpets are done with great care and results. I have been using Zerorez for years with complete satisfaction.

The technicians I have gotten recently both CJ and Duncan have been super awesome and the cleaning has been pretty effective. I was impressed with both of their thoroughness and how personable they each were.
The pricing is a bit steep is the only reason I don't put 10/10 but this survey really sucks. It's tricky because it makes the entire rating based on whether you'd recommend to others when I always expect there to be additional questions like how great different aspects of the service were. Anyway, great service, great techs, great product, but could be more affordable.

It was our first time using it and we were really surprised at how efficient it was! The tech also shared great information with us about maintenance.
One large spot was still on the carpet. I phoned to see if you would come back out. I was told I needed to take a picture of the spot and the issue would b taken up to management. I phoned Stanley Steamer instead. They came out and removed the stain. I just wasted money with your company.

Carpets are cleaner and dry quickly.
Just plain better than any other type of commercial carpet cleaning services out there.
The employees went out of their way to address my problems and were very willing to help me.
You misrepresented the price in your advertisements. I heard one advertisement on the radio that I could get a $90 2 room clean and then I got an email that I could get $20 off on my first order. However, when I called about both of those, they said there’s a minimum. If that’s the case, you could advertise your services for five dollars except, “oh. There’s a minimum.”
Completely misleading.
Prompt service, very complete explanation of services and prices for optional choices. Fast service and drying time exactly as predicted. Twice as fast in the rooms using a fan. I was very pleased.
Your carpet cleaning Technician was just fine and efficient. The carpet and upholstered furniture are much cleaner. But I expected Zerorez because of what I read on your web site to be a step above other carpet cleaning companies, Zerorez is not.
Presentation, service and appearance was no better than the average carpet cleaning company.
I asked your person if he had Tyvek booties to wear, he did not. When we had our vents cleaned by Zerorez, I asked the same question to the technicians, they did not have Tyvek booties either. I expect them to wear the Tyvek instead of street shoes in my home. In your on-line material at your web site all your photos show the technicians wearing Tyvek booties (that’s a nice touch) and they should without question, they did not, nor did they have them.
You may have a system that cleans better according to your literature. When complete it is very hard to see a difference between Zerorez and others, that is why Presentation, Appearance and Service is so important.
Zerorez website literature makes the following statement about drying time…
"How fast does Zerorez dry?
According to decades of surveys, the biggest complaint about carpet cleaning is how long it takes carpets to dry. Zerorez has faster-drying times in two ways. First, leaving less water behind by using our patented Zr Wand™ with water control technology, creating a high-powered rinse and suction to extract dirt and debris from carpet fibers without flooding. Second, we use specially-designed fans (air movers) to increase airflow and reduce the dry time. The results? Carpets that are ready to be walked on just hours after cleaning."
I asked your technicians about the specially-designed fans (air movers) he knew nothing about them. If you write it in your literature as one of the additional steps you do that others do not, then do it! If you are not going to use specially-designed fans to dry, then take it out of your written literature.
The technician should wear the booties, quickly explain your system, explain the plan for cleaning the home have a little hand out showing the other services he is able to perform while he is there, quickly go through the list, ask if there are questions, answer, then go to work and perform any additional services the customer asks for.
We had a huge mess caused by our ill dog. He focused on the spots (13 or 14 of them) & did a great job removing them. It was great!

Dominic was amazing to work with. He took the time to explain the process. He was also very diligent to keep in touch the day of appt to advise of arrival time. I had my vents (HVAC) cleaned, will be using Zeroez to have my carpets cleaned next! Coworker was also very pleasant as well, I didn't get his name though.
