After the carpet fully dried, we can still see a lot of the stains that we hired you to handle in the first place. The last time we had our carpets done Service Masters got the stains out way better and overall we had a brighter / cleaner carpet. But we paid almost double for you guys and got disappointing results.
Carpet is very clean and dries quickly!
Randy was very informative about our carpets and the shape they are in, which is old. He went above and beyond doing a thorough job cleaning them and we are very happy with the results. We would highly recommend Zerorez and Randy. He was very nice and friendly too which is always a plus.

We just had CJ at our home to do the carpets. They were really bad. He took the time to explain everything, all the details and pricing and then he went to work. I like the 🌎 earth friendly cleaning and once done the job was way above our expectations. Great tech and good company !
I have been using the services of Zerorez for six years now and have been very happy with the services provided. The service agents are always prompt and friendly. Unlike other carpet cleaning companies, Zerorez products do not leave my carpets stiff. They also do not leave the carpets feeling and smelling like chemicals.
