Zeroez is a very customer centric business. I am a repeat customer and find that with each service, no matter the technician, I receive the best in the business care and attention. I have pets and with one being a puppy, I’ve had several pet accidents. I care a lot about the smell and atmosphere of my home, and I would not trust just any other company to care as much as I do. This crew is passionate about their work and this reflects very well on their business owner, Kyle, whom I’ve had the pleasure of working with on several occasions too. You know the business is doing well when the business owner makes house calls like the rest of the crew. I’ve had several different carpet treatments from Zeroez and the results are amazing. My carpets are smoother than the day we moved in to our new home. The pet extraction is the most amazing process and I’ve never dealt with a carpet cleaner company that has been able to truly obliterate the site and sent of pet urine, barf, or stool the way Zeroez does. I highly recommend this company for whatever your carpet cleaning needs are! I’ve had Zeroez come out so many times, I feel like their crew is a part of our family- they truly care! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First off, the young man who came over was very civil, respectful, courteous, professional. He analyzed our carpet and made some recommendations. He got after it and went to work. He tried his best to get out a couple of coffee stains and got approx. 95% out. He finished and left. My wife and I noticed large dark spots in the carpet that were not stains. We thought it might lighten up in the morning, nope. 2 days later, dark spots.
The carpet smells good, however, we do not feel that your cleaning system is very good. It might be good for lightly dirty carpets, but medium to heavy dirty carpets, NO.

The carpet look amazing! The young man who did the cleaning was polite and worked very effectively. He tested the carpets try it to starting to see if they were wool or not. Explained some of the other offers the Company had. No pressure.

Regardless of which ZeroRez team comes out, they are always courteous and professional. The carpets seem to stay cleaner longer and not have that dirty migration wicking up to the surface that we've noticed from some of the other cleaners.
conformation ahead of time ,i had to call to see where the person was the time frame given was past the time . did a good job but no 24 hr conformation and no call to say they were late i had someone waiting all am to meet them at the house.. fortunately there were able to be there later on in the day but not right to tie there day up waiting.

On time, professional service, great cleaning with quality technician
The first time we used zero res the rugs look great and dry quickly. this time one room was so wet it took 24 hours for it to dry. We have stains that are coming back all ready it has only been a week.
It took us 9 months (maybe longer) to get the filter we order from you the first time.
