Great service, arrive on time, very thorough in assessing needs.
A little more affordable would be good, I don't think we can use carpet cleaning again. Better communication when leaving the house and done and also what the carpets are like with some feedback from the cleaners would be good.
Very expensive, still smells of urine from dog.
Come back and clean the spot on my carpet that was left sopping wet and dirty. (See emails pictures)
Use corner wall protectors when dragging vacuum hose throughout the house.
Please ensure that on-site supervisor supervises new personnel doing the cleaning so as not to leave entire carpet much more damp than described after departure. Had to wait 24+ hours before even thinking of replacing furniture back on carpet.

No detergents.
However, took about twice as long (10 hours) to dry as I was told to expect.

The tech was super nice. The cleaning was just not what I expected for the money, nearly $300.00. It felt like the floor looked worse after and left the house smelling like wet dog. It was gross. I paid for pet treatments but don't see what value there was in doing so because it looked terrible and smelled worse.
Friendly, quality service and asked good questions to ensure good results. They had a few out sick, were a little delayed yet accommodated us well. Thanks for being thorough and going the extra mile once on site to ensure all items well cleaned. Cost effective and will hire Zerorez (and Kyle) again!

This is my 3rd time using Zero Rez, I have an elderly cat and dog who have accidents. The carpet is alway beautiful and doesn’t have any pet odor. Price is reasonable and the carpet dries quickly.
