He said he was a manager, guy was really chill. Really explained the science and process. And usually I don’t understand all that “jazz” but imma call him Deacon, made i simple and effective.
Also! BLACK LIGHT! I don’t ever wanna see my house blacked light again, but It really help us she’s the mess we couldn’t with our naked eye.
Prices were adjusted and not what I was quoted, but I did add a urine spray for my cat rooms. Even after that Deacon was trying to get me the best possible price.
Id definitely use Zerorex again.
Rich notified us that he was coming in a timely manner. He was super efficient and courteous. Our carpets were stained, but now they look amazing! We are super satisfied with this company and with the technician.
Still have stains on the carpet. I had the pet process done still have pet smell inquired about you guys coming back to re-clean. I was told it would be an additional $80 will never use zero Rez again nor will any of my family or friends.
I am sure that this is not everyone's experience, however, I hade my carpets cleaned and it was not a good job. I paid extra because I wanted the carpets to look good. There were many spots that were misses (streaks and spots). Zerorez made things right but it was a bit of a hassle. The tech sprayed some stain remover and used a brush to clean the spots and streaks but I felt that he should have sucked the dirt up not rub it in so I had to insist that he use the vacuum since he missed them the first time. The tech was very knowable but I felt that he was being rushed (too much work too little time-summer rush). In the end the carpets look the way I was hoping they would look but the experience was not good.

As others have said, the $99 special is misleading. It’s $117 at a minimum. Then when you add any “extras” it’s expensive. I don’t know how this compares to other carpet cleaners but I will be comparing with other carpet cleaners for my next rental
I had numerous stains, including spilled red wine on a pale carpet.
Chad did a fabulous job! The stains are all gone and my 10 year old carpet looks as good as it did when it was new.

Technicians are very respectful and answer any questions you may have. They do an excellent job. They clean up after job is completed. Had several stains and with the product they use, all the stains came out. I'm very happy with the job they did and will let my friends know to call on Zerorez if they need any cleaning done.
