Over the last few month more and more equipment is not in working order, this was not the case in the past. Also the temperature in the gym feels most of the time way to warm.
My guests never return to cycling classes because they don’t like the music selection. They want to hear popular up-tempo music
Upgrade/update the locker rooms. Fix the floor drains in the showers. Set the clocks to the correct time. Improve the Wi-Fi in the lower level. General cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
You guys have GOT to start fixing the locker room issues. It’s gone downhill so bad and signs on sinks and showers have been there MONTHS.
The steam sauna is always out of order…
The bathrooms are moldy and disgusting. Move the machines back upstairs and put the trainers down by the gym.
Great equipment and facility. Only downside seems to be bathroom plumbing problems and lack of towels.
Midtown is in shambles. Machines broke weeks at a time.

I am interested in water exercise and truly appreciate having the indoor heated pool, the outdoor heated pool and the regular swim pool. I find the staff courteous and helpful.
It seems that the gym has fallen in terms of maintenance. There are about 9 TVs upstairs that are missing.
I am discouraged by the intensity of the group classes. We need something like The Burn or Combo6. I also cannot understand why we cannot use the boxing room. We can use all the other equipment in the facility as part of our membership. Why is the boxing room any different?
Fix the broken equipment in a timely manner. The main focus should be cable bars and attachments as well as the cardio equipment, but do not ignore faucets, showers, etc in the locker room. A water filling station at the coolers would be nice. Getting rid of duplicate machines would also be nice. We have two should press machines to go with a cable should press machine and all free weights you can do shoulders on, yet we only have one peck deck…? I understand there is a “supply chain issue” but some of these things you could easily get at a sports equipment store until the supply chain settles. The locations out west are miles ahead of the midtown ones. It would be nice to see that start trickling down to the midtown locations at some point. Other than that, the staff idols an amazing job and are always friendly!!
1. The batteries in the cycling studio mic need to be replaced. Also, some of the bikes need to be fixed. There are seats that don't stay "clicked" in, some bikes skip when pedaling, they need to be calibrated.
2. Please bring back H.I.I.T. on Saturday morning at 8 with Tallie. I miss that class. Please don't mention "we have the same class at Old Cheney" - I miss the instructor AND the class AT this location. Maybe this winter?
3. Since the A/C is not working well, some new fans upstairs would be a nice addition. It would be nice to have new fans, upstairs period.
The "heated outdoor pool is not being heated.
The showers in the ladies locker room are still not repaired, one of them runs constantly wasting precious hot water.
Indoor pool is still cloudy.
I am an early morning class attendee and the floors in the shower room are often very groo and dirty at 5:30 AM. While we have seen improvement under our current manager, I wonder if there is anyone cleaning this place. Housekeeping and maintenance are surly lacking.
It is a great place to play tennis with lots of good players.
The air conditioning system in the mens locker has not worked for a long time. More emphasis needs to be place on the up keep of the facilities.
Ever since ownership switched, it feels like quality has gone downhill. It's sad, because we love the location and the amenities. Staff seems checked out, and are sometimes just downright unhelpful. The manager was super rude, though I'm not sure if he's even there anymore. Weights are often strewn around the gym floor, and the stretching mats by the windows are gross and torn. Tried some of the newer group classes and was disappointed, especially by the pilates class whose instructor barely seemed to want to be there. Music that plays throughout the gym is not motivating. Towels in short supply. The only thing I would recommend to folks is the fact that it's downtown, has a decent locker room, and has a sauna. If there were another option in the area that was a comparable vibe, I'd switch gyms.
Clean up the entry area, especially the rubber mat. Really needs to be replaced. Better, colder water fountains.
Just the layout, I like a large hot unisex sauna, yours is small and doesn’t get that hot. I dislike same sex saunas because, honestly dudes are gross and making it unisex keeps them in line lol. I have gotten uncomfortable at your sauna, I actually work like 2 minutes from your location but go out of my way everyday to cass street just to use the sauna. That’s my two cents.
