1. I feel the pool needs to be cleaned more often. I swim laps about 4 days a week and I just feel there is a lot of debris on the bottom including bandaids the fall off other swimmers. Yuck. I do realize the pool gets Indoor pool is used a lot. Since the outdoor pool is now closed. However that’s more reason to increases cleaning.
2. I see quite a few people not wearing masks opposing the city mandate either coming in or leaving the facility. This is bothersome to me I’ve never heard any staff hold anybody accountable for not having a mask on. I do realize it’s challenging but at my workplace not wearing a mask is not tolerated. At my current workplace if you don’t wear a mask you’re not allowed in. Does it matter if you’re a customer or an employee.

Gym seems to close too early. 9pm is very early on weekdays and 8pm too early on weekends. I hear this from several other guests.
Location, running track
First. I was told your member portal isn’t working and they don’t know when it’s going to be fixed. How are we supposed to sign up for group classes?
Second. Our membership went up $30 per month with NO notification at all. Why? There has been zero improvement to warrant this. Actually things are staring to go down hill already and you just bought the place. Give me a break.
Third. Obviously there is something wrong behind the scenes if you’re having a mass exodus of personal trainers.
Pool Water Temperature is too warm. Also, it has been difficult to find lanes in the late afternoon after work to swim due to the other activities going on at that time. It would be helpful to limit those during peak swim hours for members.

Nice gym, but not a lot of people wearing masks when walking through out gym.
Be more accommodating for free quest pass requests within reason. Say 5 free quest passes for a year long renewal.
Any updating would be good to make the facility more light and modern
The equipment is great, however the facilities are really outdated. There are also limited weight options as compared to other gyms I have been to that offer 12.5, 17.5, 22.5 pound weights. I appreciate towels being provided but they are really small and barely fit around someone's body (when going to use the showers for example). It is also just personal preference but carpet in the locker rooms is not great and seems much more dirty than tile would. The steam room smells awful and I usually bring a spray in there with me to help. Overall, I do like this gym and the staff has been friendly, I just think there are a few things that could be improved to really take this gym and experience to the next level.
Genesis club is so welcoming and provide so many services to a whole spectrum of clients. I particularly like the aquatics program and classes.
I think you need a few wall fans in locker room to move the air a little after showering.
Convenience and the staff is great! I would like to see a few more channels offered in the cardio area. The 2 TV's that show music don't have any sound. I would like these to offer Espn or NBC or HGTV,

I have been waiting to hear back on a support request for 1 month
I am a returning member from a 6 month hiatus during this Covid time, and was happy to see the club was clean and the equipment was all in working order following the switch to Genesis. There is a good variety of options to workout with machines, free weights, walking/running track, swimming pool and courts. Locker rooms also seem to be clean and all in working order as well.
I like everything about this location. The staff. the layout, the pools. The classes are great and i like that there is a sauna, steam room and hot tub in the locker rooms.
Equipment is old and outdated. Facility is not very clean, and items one would purchase at the desk, like protein shakes, are way overpriced.

I like the club i have been there a very long time I really wish you were open at 6:00 AM on Saturdays and Sundays a lot of times that’s the only time that people have to work out and people like to get up early and go to the gym . Or even late on Saturday and Sunday nights that’s really the most convenient times for people who work full-time during the week he could just be up in 24 hours every day would be awesome and I hear a lot of people to Jim complaining about the same thing

more 45lb plates by squat press.
Your cost is a bit expensive. I think in the $40 range is appropriate for a gym membership.
The convenience of the location

Newer equipment, even if its hand-me-downs from a 'nicer' gym that is being renovated.
