Lower your prices
Hours, specifically weekend hours could be longer. You close far too early on the weekends.
Clean the swimming pool more often, sometimes is can get real gross
Outdoor pool not heated so have not used it like we have done in previous years.
Showers are limited due to low water pressure or not working at all
One exercise room leaks when it rains.

it could be open 24/7, it’s very inconvenient for us who work during open hours. Also, the big thing for me bc i shower every time i work out is the fact that the showers are not private you can see straight through the showers when people are showering. I wish there was at least shower curtains or something to have more privacy.
The personal training.
The hours are great. The staff is welcoming. The facility is very clean
The carpet is disgusting the hand held weights are all torn up. The racks are hard to get anything out of or put back in the classroom. Somebody always moves the 12 lb out to the floor so maybe you don’t have enough.
Take care of hvac issues!
“Corporate” is putting so much time and energy and $$ to exploring the renovation to include such second priority things like indoor tennis courts that it’s not focusing on basic customer health and comfort (properly working hvac).
This could even be a health code issue. I’d like to report that to the health department and have them inspect the facility.
Ridiculous. We pay so much money, the loyal customer base has never been grandfathered or offered any rate relief from awful conditions. There’s always “no update” regarding broken hvac.
Owner Rodney can afford to fly on the private corp jet to visit but can’t afford to fly commercial just once and use those savings to fix the AC????
The basic difference between corporate vs individual-owned business. Lack of attention and lack of commitment to your customers.
I like the classes and the pool at 132nd & center. Instructors are friendly and variety of classes is nice. However, the gyms are not very well maintained, and are somewhat dirty.
Most TVs do not work
The indoor pool is disgusting. It is cloudy and borderline un safe. I no longer allow my kids to swim there. We use to pay extra for swim lessons and swim team and now I will not even let them enter the facility. Something needs to be done.
Your workers are always friendly and helpful!
For the water aerobics class it would be nice to get some of equipment we use replaced. Especially the noodles. They are falling apart
