The cost of the South club is high. You already separate the tennis membership, why not separate the outside pool membership as well. Then it will be a more apples to apples comparison between Genesis South and other near by gyms for those who just want to exercise without using the tennis courts nor the outside pool.
The variety of classes, different locations, cleanliness and Covid awareness.
I think those fake room dividers are ridiculous. Who are you trying to kid?

I love that you are open and obviously committed to keeping everything clean and safe for all of us and your wonderful staff. I like that after my last survey like this everything I was hoping for has happened and more. The steam rooms, sauna, and hot tub are all open with safety measures in place, you have extended your hours where you can for our benefit, you remodeled the sauna, and additionally you have adapted to the newest Covid-19 restrictions to keep us safe and allow us to continue using your facilities. Thank you so much for everything! Lastly I would love to mention by name Bella at the front desk (and so much more) and Mike (who cleans our areas and keeps us very stocked and safe with everything in the locker room) as well as the rest of the staff who do so much to keep us safe, clean, healthy and well stocked with towels, cleaning supplies, etc! You are all amazing and I wish I knew more of your names to recognize everyone.
The club is looking run down. Light are out, rugs are dirty. Equipment upholstery torn, accessory bars for machines are in bad condition, showers have mold.
Someone just needs to walk through. If you have pride for your name you will see the difficiencies

Thank You Dalton for bringing in one of the most popular sections. The Power Lifting area. Started as a floor pad and ROGUE weights. very popular at the time. Now an area with additional equipment makes for a great experience for Power Lifting and lots of weights...

The men’s locker room always have dirty towels laying on the floor. Also around the bench or sits outside of the dry sauna always empty water bottles and dirty towels they need to have a janitor that works late afternoons and evenings times. I notice a lot of staff always sitting around looking on the phones
Too many of the lockers in the men's locker room are locked and unavailable.
When I am in the gym on Thursday morning, there are fewer than 20 males in the gym, yet there are many times dozens and dozens of lockers that are locked.
The bottom of machines like foot pedals are filthy. Hair, dust bunnies, dirt, drips, etc. Also, while the outside front property was just cleaned up (garbage and debris) it is already looking bad. It’s unfortunate but it should be cleaned up more often so members don’t feel like they’re walking into a back alley door when they go to to gym.
Ownership transition has appeared smooth with some initial minor improvements in the club.

Everything is so clean and staff is friendly. I recently switched to Genesis Fort Collins club I had a chance to meet Lisa David Bryce Ryan and Taylor all are friendly and make you feel at home in a safe environment Genesis rocks!!

It has great classes and is a wonderfully maintained and clean club. The staff is very friendly too.
The front desk staff are prompt and efficient with our check-ins and the members are good about spraying down the equipment they used.
Have group classes during the lunch hour.
I love Miramont North!!! Been going here for years, will probably go for years more. Tops for me are the excellent climbing wall, facility cleanliness, and yoga classes. Staff members are always friendly and have created a safe place to play and workout even during the pandemic. Thank you from this happy customer
More free weight machines
Please reimburse my mother for the combination lock she had to replace. Some lady put her tiny coin purse in a locker without a lock on it, and my mom didn't see it before using that locker. She checked, but didn't see it. When the girl was leaving, she found her unsecured locker being used. There were MAYBE two other women in the entire gym at that time, and instead of asking the women if that was the locker they were using, the manager instructed the employee to cut off the lock so the girl could get her purse out. The employee apologized profusely and they told mom that they would reimburse her for the cost of a new lock. Mom gave them a copy of the receipt after she bought a new one, roughly $8.50 plus tax. First the managers wouldn't return her voice mails, then they avoided her phone calls, then when one accidentally answered the phone and she was finally able to connect with him, he said, "We don't reimburse people for that." That's why I gave the 1 rating last time. The only thing that raised it up to an 8 is that you opened the hot tub so we don't have to go to one in another city. So thank you for that You still get a one for your no-reimbursement policy. thanks for listening
