Friendly staff and fun classes!
I do wish that the floor in the group exercise room was cleaned more often. There is always clumps of hair and other dirt which is very noticeable when laying down.
The parking lot usually has some sketchy people but I know that is not your fault.
Other than that, great place!
It took too long to get the pool heater fixed. I complained that the temperature was too low, 78 degrees, and the next day it was 76. Then they finally said it was broken, but it took 5 days to get it fixed even if I was told by some pool maintence peole that it had been an easy fix. I own an inground pool myself, and realize problems happen. But I was told by Genesis that thye could not get a plumber to fix the gas heating system.
For most of the past year, 3 of the sinks in the mens locker room have been nonfunctional along with one of the urinals. There is always toilet paper on the floor of the locker room and staff will walk in there and ignore it. House keeping practices need to be emphasized.
I think the equipment selection in by far the best in Omaha.

The extra charge for the premium facility is unfairly enforced and not advertised appropriately to the corporate accounts.
It is so dirty. Hope this remodel helps the looks.
Repair some various things, some equipment, the ceiling near the stairs.
Employees are friendly, helpful, and always willing to help. I like how the machines are spread out. The classes are worth the money I pay. I haven't met one instructor that wasn't willing to properly teach the correct ways to doing workouts. After classes they always come up to me and ask for feedback and/or give me pointers or advice to help my performance
The gym
The inside needs to be redone.
I wish the gym was open later. Also monthly fee is a little higher than others when not using other services like classes.

Good location, assortment of equipment and machines and the trainers are great.

New makeover. New equipment, lockers. Good location
I hadn't been to the Midtown location in years, so I was excited to go back. The location is still really convinient and I love how close it is to shops and restaurants. However, the club itself felt very run down. The workout room smelled of stale sweat, something that wasn't an issue when I was using the club regularly back in 2Phone number removed. I would love to see this location updated soon!

My stuff was stolen from the locker so disappointed and the front disk guy acted like no big deal.
The facility doesn't seem like it is regularly cleaned as it should be in my opinion. I don't think I've ever seen the sauna cleaned and the showers seem like they are cleaned once a week.
Caleigh is a great personal trainer!
DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY!!! They do not clean at all and there staff is lazy and rude!
Weight room is always a mess and the locker rooms are dirty more often than not
